No father is identified in the record for the baptism of George.

George is clearly shown in the 1881 British Census as 11 years old and living at Sheldon, Warwickshire, England with his grandmother Eliza and step-grandfather William Knibbs.

Whilst his mother's sibling Emma and George Viner are living in the same household (under the names of Emma and George Knibbs), there is no sign of his mother Mary Ann VINER.
