It's quite possibly this William Henry Skinner who we can see dying at St Giles Jan-Mar 1882, ages 41 years. There is no sign of William Henry or Sarah Ann Skinner in 1901, so maybe he died and she remarried.

I think it's probably George living at St James, London in 1901 with a wife named Catherine aged 22, a son William H Skinner aged 2 and a daughter Catherine M Skinner aged 4 months.
