1893-1922

Lester was the fifth of seven children born to Minnie Knibbs and her husband Wildred Sears. He was born in 1893 in Niagara, New York, USA. He married Louise Jane Hillmer and they had three children.

Lester was a Soldier in the 25th Machine Gun Battalion, Canadian Cavalry, during WWI.
