Harold George KNIBBS 

1913-1998

I just had to include this photograph when I found it. It is of Harold and his wife Pearl with Pearl's sister Dorrie as the bridesmaid. It's a black and white photograph that  Pearl sent to Harold  after he was captured in WWII. She wrote on the reverse "I thought you'd like to have a copy of this to look at occasionally".

In Harold's writing on the reverse it says "This was coloured by a fellow POW for 10 Fags in a POW Camp PG 59 Italy 1942".
