1852-1934

Ellen was the daughter of Robert and Leah DRINKWATER. She was born in Wootton, Oxfordshire, England in August 1852. She married William KNIBBS from Woodstock in August 1879.

Ellen is the one standing on the right of the photograph. It isn't known for sure who the other two people are but I suspect it is her father and one of her sisters.

Ellen looks to be in her early 20's so I suspect the photograph was taken in the late 1870's, and not many years before her father died.
